This is the category we hold most firmly to install-only, because a relining job is a fire-safety system and not a box you fit on a Saturday. Alloy is the entire conversation here: 316Ti for wood and high heat, 304 where the fuel allows. We supply the firebox repair components and accessory hardware, size every liner to the appliance listing, and set it to UL 1777 so the passage behind your centerpiece is sound as well as good-looking.

Cast-In-Place Liner Restoration (GoldenFlue / Supaflu-Style)

A cementitious cast-in-place system with form or bladder and mortar that rebuilds a deteriorated flue in place, restoring a smooth, insulated, code-rated passage inside the existing masonry. It is the lasting answer for a historic or oversized flue where a stainless liner simply cannot be sized in: done right it is permanent and it strengthens the chimney. We never sell it as materials, because this one lives or dies entirely on the install.

Stainless Steel Flexible Liner Kit — Full (316Ti / 304)

A complete 316Ti or 304 stainless flex liner with cap, top plate, tee, connector, and clamps to reline a masonry flue for wood, gas, or oil. Alloy is the whole conversation here: 316Ti for wood and high heat, 304 where the fuel allows, and we will tell you which your appliance requires rather than push the lighter grade to shave a dollar. A Level-2 camera inspection comes first, then we size the liner to the flue and the appliance and insulate it. Supply-and-install only, because a flex liner kinked or under-clamped on a DIY pull is a flue fire waiting to happen.

Liner Insulation Blanket Wrap Kit (¼" / ½", UL 1777)

A ceramic and mineral blanket with mesh and bands to wrap a stainless liner for clearance and draft per UL 1777. We treat this insulation as standard rather than optional: an insulated liner drafts hotter, keeps creosote down, and earns the clearance reduction the listing allows. Skipping it to save a little is the false economy that brings you back with a draft complaint.

Refractory Firebox Panel Set (Prefab / Masonry Replacement)

Pre-cast refractory panels, OEM-matched for factory-built fireboxes, that replace cracked firebox walls and floor and restore the firebox's rating. Cracked refractory is a genuine safety item, not a cosmetic one: once the panel cracks through, the steel shell behind it is exposed to the fire. We match the OEM panel to your firebox model, because a generic panel that is merely close voids the listing.

Cast-Iron Throat Damper Assembly (Poker / Rotary Control)

A cast-iron throat damper plate and frame set at the firebox throat, worked by poker or rotary control. If your throat damper has rusted out, we will often suggest pairing the repair with a top-sealing damper, since the throat damper controls the burn and the top damper seals the idle flue. We size the plate to the throat so it actually closes square instead of hanging open.

Liner Connection & Termination Hardware (Tee, Top Plate, Connector)

The stainless hardware that turns a length of liner into a finished, code-correct system: the bottom tee and removable snout that meet the appliance, the top plate and storm collar that seal and anchor the liner at the crown, and the connector that ties it to the stove or insert. We never sell these as a parts pile, because each piece is matched to the liner diameter and the appliance collar, and a loose tee or an unsealed top plate is exactly where a reline leaks combustion gas or rain. Supplied and fitted with the reline.

Smoke Guard / Adjustable Fireplace Hood

An adjustable stainless or black-steel band mounted across the top of the fireplace opening to keep smoke from rolling out into the room: the fix when the opening is too tall for the flue it is paired with. It corrects the opening-to-flue ratio mechanically by shrinking the opening just enough, and we set it to the smallest reduction that actually stops the roll-out so it stays nearly invisible on the face. We diagnose why the fireplace smokes first, because a guard is the right answer to a ratio problem, not to a blocked or undersized flue.
