All three tiers include the same baseline: annual sweep + Level 1 inspection per CSIA standards, member-only pricing on any repair work, and priority dispatch ahead of non-members during peak season.
Bronze ($19/mo, $228/yr) — annual sweep + Level 1 inspection, 10% off any repair work, priority scheduling Oct-Feb. Best for ground-floor wood-burning fireplaces in good repair.
Silver ($39/mo, $468/yr) — everything in Bronze + free dryer-vent inspection annually, 15% off repairs, free emergency dispatch fee waiver (1/yr), free chase-cover inspection. Best for multi-story homes or older masonry.
Gold ($79/mo, $948/yr) — everything in Silver + 20% off repairs, two annual visits (spring + fall), free Level 2 video inspection annually, free crown sealant touch-up, and warranty extension on any installed parts. Best for homes with multiple fireplaces, older chimneys, or anyone who treats their fireplace as primary heat.

Materials and standards
Annual sweep follows CSIA standards (chimney swept to NFPA 211 acceptance criteria — bare flue tile, no glaze creosote remaining). Level 1 inspection per NFPA 211 chapter 14. All work documented with before/after photos retained in your member account.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a contract?
No — cancel anytime, no penalty. Most members stay because the math works (one annual sweep alone is $249-$-+ à la carte, so Bronze pays for itself in one visit).
What if I don’t use my fireplace this year?
The annual Level 1 inspection still matters — flue tiles crack from thermal cycling and freeze-thaw whether or not you burned a fire. A ‘didn’t use it’ chimney is not a ‘don’t inspect it’ chimney.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes, anytime. We’ll prorate the next month.
Do you cover gas-log fireplaces too?
Yes. Gas logs need annual inspection per manufacturer + IFGC standards — pilot, gas valve, log placement, and ember bed. All tiers cover this.
What if I have multiple fireplaces?
Bronze covers one flue. Silver covers up to two. Gold covers up to four. Beyond that we add a per-flue rate at member pricing.
Is dryer-vent included?
Silver and Gold include free annual dryer-vent inspection; cleaning is at member rate (15-20% off). Bronze is chimney-only.
