The Trade Pro Program at Space Fireplace Services is our partnership framework for interior designers, architects, and custom builders working on residential projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro. The program is built around the realities of trade practice — accurate specifications, predictable lead times, designer-friendly pricing, project documentation, and a single point of contact through delivery.

Who the program is for
The program is structured for:

What members receive
Trade pricing
Dedicated trade discount on units and installation, structured as a transparent percentage off retail. Pricing is honored for the full project lifecycle from specification through installation.
Early product access
First-look access to new products from major manufacturers, often before they appear in retail channels. Sample availability for designer review and client presentation.
Specification consultation
Atelier consultation at the schematic design phase. We provide structural and mechanical input on:
- Wall depth requirements
- Vent path constraints
- Material clearances around the firebox
- Surround coordination
- Smart-home integration paths
- Lead-time implications
This input early in the project saves rework in construction documentation.
Lead-time predictability
Premium gas units have meaningful lead times (8–24+ weeks). We track manufacturer production schedules and provide accurate lead-time estimates at specification, with monitoring through delivery.
Procurement management
Order placement, deposit handling, manufacturer coordination, and delivery scheduling are managed by us. Members don’t need to track manufacturer schedules independently.
Installation scheduling
Designer-controlled installation timing. We schedule to align with the designer’s overall project schedule rather than imposing our own.
Single point of contact
A dedicated project manager from specification through commissioning, with direct phone and email contact, no call-center routing.
Documentation
Submittal-quality product information, technical drawings, and specification sheets formatted for design documentation. Photo and video documentation of completed installations for designer portfolios.
How the partnership works
Application
A short application reviews your practice, project types, and current work. We respond within 5–7 business days.
Onboarding
Approved members receive an account, a dedicated project manager assignment, and access to product catalogs and trade pricing.
Project flow
- **Specification phase:** atelier consultation, product walk-throughs, lead-time confirmation
- **Procurement phase:** order placement and tracking
- **Construction phase:** coordination with general contractor, framing, gas, and electrical trades
- **Installation phase:** scheduled to designer’s framework
- **Commissioning phase:** first-light walk-through, control system verification, designer/homeowner review
Account review
Annual review of partnership performance, with feedback both directions on what’s working and where to refine.
