The first conversation is always about how you’ll use the fireplace. A homeowner who wants ambiance for occasional entertaining has different needs than one who wants supplemental heat for daily winter use. Gas direct-vent units are clean, efficient, and remote-controlled. Wood-burning fireplaces deliver the classic experience but require chimney maintenance. Electric units offer flexibility for rooms with no venting option. We walk you through the trade-offs, the BTU sizing, and the aesthetic options before any decisions are made.

Once you’ve chosen the type, we design the installation around the room. That means working with builders during new construction, framing into existing walls during renovations, specifying the venting route, choosing the surround materials, and coordinating with electricians, plumbers, and gas fitters as needed. Every installation is documented and permitted where required.

A typical installation includes site evaluation and final spec, framing and structural prep, venting installation, gas line or electrical work, fireplace unit installation, surround and mantel fabrication, finish work, and a startup-and-walkthrough session where we show you how everything works. Most installations complete in three to seven working days.

Every fireplace we install carries the full manufacturer’s warranty plus our own installation warranty. We’re also available for annual servicing, troubleshooting, and any future upgrades. A fireplace should last decades — we install accordingly.
